Read the values displayed by the pressure gauge in the installation. If pressure shocks occur - "hydraulic hammering"- install a pressure decrease system, before the filtration system. The operating temperature should not exceed 40°C. do not use aquaPUR® for heating installations. If you use it for this type of applications, install a check valve, in order to prevent the entrance of hot water. Do not store and do not install the system in places with low or high temperatures directly exposed to sunlight, because there is a risk of reducing the system performance and to shorten its service life. Do not put into the installation and do not use solutions with aggressive pH (acid or base), because it deteriorates the filter housing. Do not use air under pressure or vacuum to clean the filters.
If the system is installed on a wall: 1. Secure the filters using the supplied brackets; 2. In order to prevent the strain in the pipes, use hoses or flexible connections to connect them; 3. Use fittings with cylindrical gas threads; it is not recommendable to use conical gas threads or threaded pipes; 4. Ensure sufficient clearance for maintenance and for the filter replacement and cleaning. In order to isolate the system during the maintenance operations, we recommend the installation of a by-pass.
IMPORTANT! The supply of the 750-litre FSP AquaPUR® system is connected through a 32-mm diameter compression fitting, and the connection at the system outlet is made through a 1" female gas thread connection. If the tank is supplied with water through an submersible or surface electropump, in order to operate the start and stop of the electropump you should use a contactor equivalent with the maximum drawn current of the electropump (See: the diagram of connections of the electropump, in the technical book). The relay with which the AquaPUR® system is equipped for the control of the electropump allows for the passage of a current of max. 5A.

Before putting the system into operation, make sure that the filters are tightly installed, in order to prevent the liquid leakages. Whenever one of the cartridges is replaced the current installation maintenance operations are performed, the filter housings must be cleaned with a wet sponge; avoid using detergents, solvents, alcohol-based a substances or other usual cleaning substances, because you risk to deteriorate the support. If, during the maintenance operations, you hit the filter, you should replace it. Mechanical shocks cause microfissures that are not visible with the naked eye and that can shorten the service life. If you do not use the installation for more than 7-10 days, especially in the hot season, when you use it for the first time, let the water run for approximately 5-10 minutes, so that the impurities accumulated on the installation should be evacuated.

- Before replacing the cartridges, stop the water supply, using the isolation valve or the by-pass system.
- Unscrew the filter pad and replace the filter cartridge;
- Screw the filter pad and seal; make sure that the o-ring is in the correct position and that the cartridge is mounted correctly;
IMPORTANT! Replace the filter cartridges at least after 6 months of use.

1. When the system is installed, all the applicable legal provisions concerning the building safety shall be observed. 2. The system should be installed on the cold water supply network. If the maximum operation temperature is (40°C) exceeded, the service life of system might be shortened. 3. The system was designed, tested and provides good operating results as long as it is installed, put into operation and operated in compliance with the instructions. 4. The minimum water inlet pressure required for the aquaPUR® system operation at normal parameters, is 1.5 bar ± 0.2 and the maximum pressure is 3.5 bar ± 0.2. This pressure must be ensured at the water inlet into the system. 5. Before installing the aquaPUR® system, we recommend you to read the technical book and circuit diagram of this system.
IMPORTANT! The system was designed to operate at a pressure similar to the one in the cold water supply network. Before any intervention, disconnect the system from the electric power supply network and make sure that the water supply network is not under pressure. aquaPUR® WAS NOT designed and IS NOT dedicated to treat water coming from contaminated sources (sewerage or industrial waste water). The system can be deteriorated if it is used at low or high temperatures. DO NOT exceed the indicated operating limits (4, up to maximum 40°C). For the safety of your family, we RECOMMEND the use of a residual current differential protection device with the ID =30mA, on the electric power supply circuit of the tank.

Marking. The tank is marked, by stamping, from the factory, with the make year and month. The marking is placed on the front of the tank, on its base. Packaging. The tank is packaged in polyethylene foil and in a cardboard box. The other components are supplied pre-assembled, in polyethylene foil and in a cardboard box.

The storage is made vertically, in the original package. Piling the tanks of placing weights on top of the tanks must be avoided. All these actions lead to distortions and to a decrease in the service life of the product. When moving the product from one place to another, avoid its contact with surfaces that can scratch or deteriorate the product. During the transport and loading / unloading operations, it is forbidden to knock down or hit the product with blunt or sharp objects, because these can lead to defects that, though not visible with the naked eye, can decrease the service life of the product.

The tank and its components are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of the purchase, provided that the operating instructions are observed. The warranty covers exclusively the manufacturing defects and hidden defects caused by the manufacturers. The warranty does not cover potential damages caused by inappropriate handling, incorrect assembly or failure to observe the instructions and commissioning norms.
