1. Multilayer storage tank
The tank is built in one single piece (no joints) to secure sealing and reduce the leaking risk. It is made of three distinct layers:
- outer polyethylene layer, for excellent mechanical resistance
- interim expanded polyethylene layer whose role is to decrease condensed water on the surface (thermal insulation)
- inner polyethylene layer, containing active silver inorganic compounds, to block microorganisms from developing
- The tank is available in 3 geometries with volumes of 300, 500 and 750 litres. It is provided at the bottom with a device for attaching a discharge valve.

2. Mechanical float
It has the role to close the water inlet when the maximum level was reached in the tank. The special construction with 2 joints increases the closing pressure in parallel with the increase of the supply pressure and decreases the time for the shut down/ start up of the circuit. Thus long filling periods and related noise are avoided. It comes pre-equipped with a protection screen for mechanical inclusions.

3. Divertron 1000 submersible pump
The pump is submersible with an incorporated electronic control unit that automatically maintains the pressure in the system. When a consumer is started (valve, etc.) the pressure decreases inside the sanitary network. The incorporated unit detects this decrease and automatically starts the pump. The pump is automatically shut down when the consumer is closed. It is sturdy, low operating noise, with built-in direction valve and backlash protection.

4. Mechanical filter
The mechanical filter with disposable cartridge filtrates the suspended particles in the water (sand, rust, fine powders of up to 5µ), thus reducing turbidity. Its estimated service life is 3-6 months, function of the quantity and quality of the water passing through the filter. The dirtier the water the faster the filter gets clogged. The filter must be changed when the colour turns black and the inlet pressure increases (the water flow in the tanks decreases).

5. Nanofilter
The Disruptor® nanofilter is made of a fiber glass mesh upon which alumina electrostatically-charged nanofibers are engrafted (2 nm in diameter and approx. 250 nm in length; 1 nm = 10-9 m). Due to the electrostatic charge these nanotubes can retain viruses, bacteria, colloids (very fine particles in watery suspension), iron, lead, aluminum, copper, etc. The filtration capacity is equal to that of a mechanical filter of 0.5 μm (1 μm = 10-6 m; a hair has a diameter of approx. 100 μm).

6. Overflow system
It's a safety system that discharges water in case the mechanical float breaks down. It is made of a R32 PPR tube and a vertically mounted direction valve. It can be mounted on any of the sides of the tank, depending on the position of the floor siphon/ sewerage system.
WARNING! The available end of the valve will always be connected to the sewerage or a floor siphon by means of a pipe (hose). Otherwise the flooding risk may occur!
Sus
7. Tank holder (optional)
Optional component, used to prevent the tank being assembled directly on the floor. Recommended for the spaces where the floor is frequently cleaned.
Sus
8. Electronic control unit (optional)
It is used for the automation of the shut-down/start-up operations of the electro-pump in the well. When a consumer is started the water level in the tank decreases. In parallel, the float opens the supply and the pressure decreases. The control unit senses the pressure decrease and starts the supply (the pump in the well). It is provided with backlash protection; if there is no water in the supply it automatically shuts down the pump. 1. RESET key 2. Lack of water alarm 3. Voltage indicator 4. Motor connection 5. Operating pressure adjusting screw 6. 1" male thread connection 7. Power supply 8. Male thread connection 1" 9. Pressure gauge

9. Discharge valve (optional)
In order to discharge the tank – when washing it or performing maintenance operations, it is recommended to mount a valve in its lower area. It can be a regular one, with exterior thread. To mount it, you must bring the tank into position, take out the existent brass cork and mount the valve by threading it. To seal the connection, use Teflon® band (approx. 10-12 layers).
Sus
10. Connection elements (optional)
Used for connection to the inlet and outlet of the network when mounting with the filters upfront. Made of welded polypropylene pipe. Connection to the filter is done by means of a Dutch joining. At the available end the connection to the network is carried out by means of an inner thread.
Sus
11. Teflon band
Used to seal the threaded joints; it is rolled on the exterior thread in approx. 10-12 layers.
